		<description>Doesn&#039;t Prudential Rand work this way? They have branch managers and head brokers... The only main difference I see is the salary based lowest level of agency but that in and of itself brings about a slew of new problems. Sick time, vacation days, benefits, worker&#039;s compensation etc.

I&#039;d love to see an alternative model offered and I&#039;m proud to be apart of the industry while so many are brainstorming such a central topic.
